Name: Milen Pavlov Dulev

 

Born on July 11, 1972

Master’s degree in “Social and Insurance Affairs” at the Academy of Economics “D. A. Tsenov ”- Svishtov.

He completed a Facilitator training course with the United States Agency for International Development and the US Department of Labor.

He has completed a course “Creating competitive start-ups” at the Ministry of Economy and Energy.

He has undergone intensive training in preparation, management and reporting of European projects.

He developed his own business in the field of trade.

For the period 2000-2015 he held various management positions, some of which are:

– Insurance inspector in DZI AD;

– Chairman of the PC “Unity” – Belene;

– Independent municipal councilor in the Municipality of Belene;

– Deputy Mayor of Belene Municipality for the period 2011-2013;

– Member of the Management Board of the Cultural Center “Evgeniy Bosilkov” – Belene;

– Member of the Management Board of the Sustainable Future Foundation

– Member of the Belene Island Initiative Committee

Married with two children.
