Belene Municipality notifies all interested parties that a draft Update to the Annual Program for the Management and Disposal of Municipal Property for 2026, adopted by Decision No. 6/29.01.2026 of the Belene Municipal Council, has been published on the Municipality’s website and on the Public Consultation Portal of the Council of Ministers.

Pursuant to Art. 26, para. 2 of the Law on Normative Acts (LNA), in conjunction with Art. 77 of the Administrative Procedure Code (APC), all interested parties may submit proposals and opinions on the draft within 30 days from the publication of this announcement and the draft. Proposals and opinions may be submitted to the registry office of Belene Municipality – Belene, 35 „Bulgaria“ St., or to the Municipality’s email addresses: obshtinabl@abv.bg.

The proposed draft provides for supplementing the Annual Program for the Management and Disposal of Municipal Property for 2026 with a property that the Municipality intends to propose for the establishment of limited rights in rem.
